Payment terms

Payment methods

Products and any delivery costs are paid in full when ordering with Mobilepay, credit card, Klarna, and PayPal.

Credit card payment
Credit card payment is possible with the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.

MobilePay
MobilePay is an easy-to-use and free application that you can use for mobile payments in an online store.

Paypal
You can also pay with your smartphone or conveniently via the Paypal service.
Consumers can pay invoices and transfer money with relative ease. Cash can be transferred to any email address or phone number, whether or not the recipient has a PayPal account. If they don’t have an account they will then be prompted to make one after you send the money.

Users need an email address to sign up for an account and must provide a credit card, debit card, or bank account to complete the setup. Your mobile number will also be verified. PayPal verifies the information to make sure the person setting up the account is the rightful owner before the service can be used.

Klarna
As a customer, you can choose Klarna as a payment method. Klarna offers flexibility in paying for purchases, as you can pay them by invoice, in instalments that suit you.

Choose Klarna as a payment method at checkout and you can pay for your purchase later, in a way that suits you. You always receive the product before you have to pay for it. You can choose yourself whether you want to pay for the products with a single invoice or split the payment into smaller instalments. Klarna offers an easy, fast and safe way to pay for purchases. As a customer, you always get the buyer’s protection that Klarna offers to consumers.

Terms of Consumer Trade

Skogero.com (Groding Design, FO number 2413421-4) sells products to adult individuals in the EU. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Important!
After paying for the products, wait until you are automatically returned to our website, or click back from the online banking link.
This ensures that your order is registered in our system. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation in your email address.
Lack of confirmation means that the order has not been registered in our system.
In that case, immediately contact our customer service at info@skogero.com

Shipping terms

The clothes are made by our partner. Normal delivery time is 7-10 working days, as most products are printed to order after your order.
Some products may be in stock with us immediately, in which case we usually send them within the same day or the next working day at the latest.
You can therefore receive the ordered products in several shipments, but of course you only pay postage once.

Depending on your order’s destination and fulfilment location, your customers might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors.

Discount and Gift Cards

You can enter a valid discount coupon code in the “Discount code” field in the shopping cart. Enter the full code and select “Redeem discount code”. The discount will be updated to the total amount in your shopping cart.

In problem situations

If the payment transaction is cancelled or if you do not receive confirmation of your payment after returning to the Service website, please contact us by email info@skogero.com. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.

Further

Products ordered for fraudulent purposes will not be refunded or exchanged. Requests for exchange and return of products must be made to us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Refund and Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@skogero.com and send your item to: Groding Design, Vesivuotavantie 13, 20250 Turku, Finland..

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Groding Design, Vesivuotavantie 13, 20250 Turku, Finland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
